The Bill (Reg. No. 2021) introduces strategic graded development of Government´s activity; annual establishment of priority tasks with specified terms, actions and means for their realization, and definite results to be achieved both by the Government on the whole, and each executive body in the relevant field.
The Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine Action Plan is to be granted the status of a strategic document with compulsory adoption and implementation within the period of activity of the parliament that forms the Government.
The Bill also establishes annual ratification of the specified plan of implementation of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine Action Plan.
The Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine is to submit annual report on the state of realization of the action plan together with the report on the realization of budget.
The People´s Deputy, Ya.Dzhodzhyk, the author of the Bill, calls for simultaneous submission and ratification of the annual action plan and submission of the Draft State Budget.
The People´s Deputy believes that the said innovations will establish efficient and impartial parliamentary and public control over implementation of the Cabinet of Ministers Action Plan.
